I've made bread a couple of times and have never been impressed with how it turns out!
It's usually just good, but not GREAT.
This recipe that I found is a GREAT whole wheat recipe! It had over 800 positive reviews so I knew that I had to try it!
It's very basic, and in the future I would love to play around and add other things like seeds/nuts/oats..
After baking, you brush the tops of the loaves with melted butter to keep them from getting hard, which is brilliant!
